Pooler, GA (January 2024) – Sinclair Construction Group was awarded by Affinius Capital, one of the largest real estate investment firms in the country, to install MEGASLAB for the site pavement at their newest warehouse facility in the Savannah port area – Live Oak Logistics. Totaling just under 580,000 SF with extended sawcuts at 30′ OC, MEGASLAB was specifically designed for the heavily trafficked paving areas that this production warehouse will encounter. Not only will MEGASLAB provide a stronger, more durable and longer lasting pavement – this project saw an embodied CO2 reduction of approximately 59%.
