Director of Business Development

MEGASLAB®, a rapidly growing and innovative company that is reinventing the concrete industry, is seeking a highly motivated, driven, and experienced Director of Business Development to lead our national sales and client management efforts.

About the Role:

In this exciting role, you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to drive significant revenue growth. You will leverage your proven sales experience across diverse industries to identify and secure large corporate accounts.

This position offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact on the company’s success.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a national business development strategy to achieve aggressive sales goals.
  • Prospect and qualify leads across a range of industries.
  • Directly sell MEGASLAB® solutions to large corporate accounts.
  • Build and manage strong client relationships to ensure long-term success.
  • Identify and propose strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
  • Travel extensively (2-3 days per week) to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of sales processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling complex solutions to large corporate accounts across various industries, including Technology, Logistics, Sustainability, Venture Capital, Finance, and Construction.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to resonate with C-suite audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement a winning sales strategy.
  • Data-driven approach with a relentless focus on results.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must reside within 3-4 hours of our Marietta, GA (NW Atlanta) office and be willing to travel domestically.
